Directions:
I-81 South or North to Exit 170 B. This puts you onto Rt. 309 South. Follow 309 to Exit 4, Forty Fort/Kingston. Take exit and stay in the right hand lane. At light go straight through and onto Welles Street. Follow Welles Street to light and intersection with Rt. 11. Make a left at the light and proceed for 5 lights. The Medical Arts Building is on your right. Make a right at the light and there will be a parking lot directly behind the building. The meetings are located on the ground floor and you may enter the building from the parking lot. The door is on the left while facing the building, go through the arch and down the short stairway. The meeting is directly on your right as you enter.

Note: Gam-anon meetings are located in the Nesbitt Memorial Hospital located approximately 1 block before the Medical Arts Building. There is also a parking lot in the rear of the building. Enter in front and ask at the desk for the location of the meeting. You may also park behind the Medical Arts Building. It is a short walk from there and someon will be happy to show you your way to the meeting.
